The iCode Difference Starts With Culture

Culture is a key differentiator within an iCode education franchise. We strongly believe that it plays a critical role in the success of any enterprise. However, corporate America can often feel like ‘adult daycare’ with supervisors micromanaging each move their employees make. That’s not how iCode, one of the best franchises to own, operates.

We believe that business is a team sport, and each person is responsible for the results in their area. We hire qualified professionals and empower them to utilize their expertise to carry out their position and make impactful decisions. This level of empowerment instills a great sense of ownership and fulfillment in the education franchise team. Our team members work collaboratively, without egos, politics, or silos, as we believe that all individuals can contribute in multiple ways.

We promote creativity, openness, ownership, and pride in the company’s success versus a single individual’s success. We also have our fingers on the pulse of the education franchise market as well as our customer needs to ensure we always remain relevant. Our team has a deep conviction in the service we are providing and the business model we offer, and we fervently believe that we are making a difference in the lives of the children attending iCode. That’s what makes iCode one of the best franchises to own. Period.

iCode’s Best In Class Curriculum

STEM Badge

iCode programs are now accredited by STEM.org, the longest continually-operating, privately-held STEM education research and credentialing organization in America. With this accreditation, iCode can now exclusively offer students blockchain-backed certificates upon program graduation, providing them with tangible proof of their accomplishments and skills in STEM fields. This not only enhances their resumes but also opens up doors to future opportunities in the ever-evolving tech landscape. Moreover, families can rest assured knowing that their investment in their child's education at iCode is backed by a recognized and respected accreditation, ensuring quality and excellence in every aspect of their learning journey.

Our education franchise curriculum is a living, breathing document that is continuously evolving with technology. Our team of computer scientists, software architects, and instructional designers evaluate market trends and gather feedback from our franchisees, parents, instructors, and children to update and expand our proprietary curriculum. At iCode, we utilize gamified learning to engage children and teach them advanced concepts often taught at the college level including data science, Linux based networking, and software development to name a few. In addition to technical skills, our education franchise curriculum also weaves in vital soft skills such as collaboration, public speaking, critical thinking, and project management to help build their confidence and prepare them for their futures.

Your Franchise’s Physical Facility

Kids learn best working in small groups where they can easily collaborate and share ideas, which also simulates real-world working environments. This is why we have segmented our facility into ‘hubs’ or classrooms where we can conduct lessons in a class setting. We also believe that children retain information better when they can practice what they learn. Each of our hubs are outfitted with the latest STEM equipment such as drones through our exclusive partnership with DJI, rover robotics and scientific calculators through our partnership with Texas Instruments, VEX robotics, 3D printers, and much more. And finally, we believe that environment matters when children are learning. We want kids to feel as if they are walking into their own startup versus an after-school daycare. We often hear kids begging parents to ‘stay just a little bit longer’ or to enroll them in another camp. And parents are equally eager to enroll their students in our education franchises when they see their children’s excitement for learning.

Your Campus Provides Multiple Revenue Streams

iCode franchisees are the best franchises to own because franchisees benefit from multiple different revenue streams. This is accomplished through our variety of on-campus classes and camps, our virtual classes, partnership programs, and our after-school Tech Club which we run at various ISD campuses and private schools. Many of our franchisees are able to start generating revenue before their iCode campuses are even built through off-site partnerships or virtual classes
